Russell M. Clark is the owner of the information technology company Elluminis Consulting Group.

He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, interactive software and web-based solutions.  Russell's domain experience includes portal and knowledge management, business process re-engineering, ecommerce, information architecture and operations.  He also possesses exceptional knowledge of SDLC process and methodologies.

Russell has served as the key program management leader of a $300 million dollar business process and systems re-engineering initiative for the largest healthcare company in the Mid-Atlantic region and of a $100 million dollar US defense contractor business development and knowledge management initiative.

As a key management leader he has guided successful information technology initiatives for high profile and Fortune 500 clients including CareFirst Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Royal Philips, Department of Homeland Security, Census Bureau, ING Group, Disney, Pfizer and Citizens Bank.

Russell is a graduate of Baltimore City College High School and Morgan State University.
